Terms of Use

Applies to the Android game "Jungle Break: Snack Rescue" (package com.zafigames.junglebreak). Effective date: 19 October 2026.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Zafi Games, PO Box 560301, The Colony, TX 75056, United States ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. Google Play's own terms also apply to downloads and purchases made through Google Play.

2. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its levels, characters, art, music and code belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer (except where the law allows it), or modify the game, or use cheats, bots or tools that interfere with it or with its ads or purchases. Third-party software in the game is listed under Settings › Credits.

3. Age

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you and agree to them on your behalf.

4. In-app purchases

• The game is free to play. It offers two optional purchases: Remove Ads (one time) and a tip called Buy Rusty a snack. The price is shown by Google Play, in your currency, before you pay. There is no in-game currency, nothing random is sold, and no purchase changes how a level plays, how hard it is, or how many hearts or stars you can earn.
• Remove Ads stops interstitial ads (see section 5). It is tied to your Google account and is restored when you reinstall the game while signed in to that account (Settings › Restore Purchases).
• Buy Rusty a snack is a voluntary tip to support the developer. In return you get a cosmetic Supporter badge in the game and nothing else: it does not unlock levels or animals, remove ads, give hints or change gameplay in any way. You can earn the same badge by choosing to watch an ad on the "Support the dev" screen instead. You can play the whole game without ever buying the tip or watching that ad. The tip is a consumable item, so Google Play does not restore it when you reinstall the game.
• A purchase gives you a licence to use what it provides in the game; it has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
• Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. If a purchase is refunded or cancelled, what it provided may be removed from the game.
• EU and UK consumers: digital content is supplied immediately after purchase. By completing the purchase you ask for it to be supplied at once and acknowledge that, once supplied, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. This does not affect your other legal rights, including your rights if an item does not work as described.

5. Ads

The game shows ads from Google AdMob. Some ads are optional "rewarded" ads that you choose to watch in exchange for a stated reward (such as a hint, a second try after you run out of hearts, or a Supporter badge). Remove Ads stops interstitial ads (the ads that can appear between levels). Ads and data use are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Fair play

All levels are fixed and the same for every player. We never change a level, hint or difficulty based on your spending, ads, device or location.

7. Changes to the game

We may update, change or stop the game or any feature, for example to fix problems or add levels. If we permanently stop offering the game, we will try to give reasonable notice; items you bought stay usable for as long as the game runs on your device.

8. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the game, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the game and in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Health

A small number of people may experience seizures when exposed to flashing lights or patterns. If you or a family member have a condition such as epilepsy, consult a doctor before playing, and stop playing if you feel unwell.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts there.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the game or on this page before it applies. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
